de use of a welfare rep is to stick out her "feelers" and be v sensitive to everyone in de class. to see if anyone is turning suicidal or need any form of help, eg. financial. but unless de welfare rep is reali tt close to EVERYONE in de CT. or is an insect. else she wun be able to tell if de person got any probs from de appearance. esp when dey hadnt spoken to each other much. so far wanlin's job is to design bdae cards for de ppl in de class. poor thing. hur. eh means i'll nv get one. cos it's in de june hols =(
