happie 18th evon!
heheh. we celeb her bdae tgt last nite! gave her de oreo cheesecake done by de combined efforts of poh and sarah in my hse. making it turned out to be much tougher den i tot. de cream cheese chao ta in my favourite pot. i was darn worried tt i cant cook maggi anymore. luckily it's saved by vigorous scrubbing of babyy. yey. and dis is de end product:
okiee my hp cam lousy so de oreo bits look like shit. but de actual thing v nice one okies? me and sarah picked out every pc of oreo to make tt e. hurhur. so proud of it. *beams.
steamboat at marina bay. though dere were a few hseflies having their dinner at de food too but we still settled down. after all. de food at such places wun be v clean to start wif. just lao sai everything out de next day will do. harhar.
oh den rite. when it was abt 715pm. when de sun just setted and de place was dim. tt was when horror begins. swarms of mozzies attacked us! yes swarms. and i swear dey are as huge as hseflies. luckily aedes mozzies dun attack in de nite. we were itching all over. den a fat and chubby uncle comes along wif THE saviour - mosquito coils. he gave us 2! i was skeptical abt de effectiveness of those coils initially but dey turned out effective. finally we can stop our aerobics side-step while cooking de food. =)
cooked omelette for babyy. sarah. evon and myself. due to de bdae gal's special request i made another omelette and kiap de chilli chicken + black pepper chicken inside for her! so proud of myself again. =D though i cant be sure if de meat is thoroughly cooked due to poor lighting. when it was after 730pm u no longer can see wad u are eating. harhar.
on de way home i saw my pri sch best bud! she called my name and i stared at her for few secs b4 realising who she was. we were owaes mistaken as sisters in pri sch cos we looked alike and when we talk dere's no full-stops. we yak away. harhar. de feeling of seeing an old fren by chance feels real great mans. make me so happie de whole nite. =)
shing gave me de 2nd and 3rd part of my bdae prezzie ystd too! ahhh so happie though dey are 3mths 20 daes late. de 3 prezzies she got for me are stuff tt i like alot but cant bear to buy for myself. thx daughter!! =D
ma keep wanting me to join de airforce thing when she saw de letter sent by dem. she reasoned tt my uni fees wld be taken care of. and de job is quite easy. and i can get some cute-looking airforce hubby from dere. harhar. interesting tots she got.
