feeling: lethargic.

birdie heard a loud bang during her lesson, and thought it might be a bird who stupidly flew into the window, thinking there are trees cos of the reflection. we returned to the crime scene, and indeed a gong-gong bird sat there not moving, except blinking occasionally. she's got no external injuries though. i squatted right beside her but she didnt even move. i didnt dare to pick her up to check for injuries cos she was too fat, so i cld only poke her lightly, in the hope that she wld try to fly away or sth. but she refused to budge, or maybe she cldnt. after a looong time, a cleaner came to ask us what happened. we explained and asked him to test the bird. he said, "ok ok, nth to be scared about". but when he grabbed the bird, she started to flap her wings in fright, and that frightened the shit out of him too. now, who's saying there's "nth to be scared about"? after flapping her wings a few more times, the bird managed to fly unsteadily to the trees opposite, and rested there. she must be damn pissed with us for disturbing her. HAHA.

moral of the story:

dont take everything that you see for real.
