feeling: like a procrastinator.
tried out Changing Appetites @ Marina Square for the 1st time the other day, with Mr Bear and Yong. the service was good, but the food was just so-so.
Mr Bear's Nachos Cheese Steak was basically unchewable, but the nachos was sooo fantastic!
Yong's Parmesan Breaded Fish was not too bad with a big serving, but i find the flour coating on the fish pieces a tad too thick.
my El Paso Bacon Chicken was the best among the 3, but still far from being heavenly.
CNY is over in a flash, but i dun rem much of it. it's as though i slept thru the entire season. probably cos ive been sick for the past wk, cough flu fever sore throat..... in fact, i quite detest CNY. i got to get new clothes and stay in the same hse with ppl i dun relate to, for the whole day. i cant slack at home and do whatever i want.
P.S. whatever i want = sitting with 1 leg up while eating at the table, propping my both legs up when watching tv, changing channels when i feel like it, lying flat on the sofa..........
CNY is just wayang for me.
anw, though i was quite ill, i was searching arnd defiantly for CNY goodies, and found this at my wai po's place:
okie, almond cookies are common. BUT, they are in HEART shape!
awww, i think quite cute leh! if cant finish them during CNY, can give girlfren for vday rite. heart shape ma.
