listening to: Mariah Carey - My Allwatched 2 shows online recently. the 1st one is a UK production, "Death At a Funeral". it's a black humour comedy, and the storyline is fast-moving so you wont get bored halfway through. An old man died, and many unexpected events occured during his memorial service. his sons had to stop a dark secret of their father from being leaked, and on the other hand, a man is behaving crazily under the influence of hallucinogenic drugs which he ingested by mistake. the story plot may get a little too crazy, but that's when the dark humour and excitement comes in. =)
the 2nd one is a 1993 production, "The Nightmare Before Christmas" by Tim Burton. Jack Skellington is the king of Halloween Town, but he does not enjoy it. one day, he came to know the Christmas season, and naively thought he can be the new Santa and make the children happy. to his dismay, things turned out totally different from his plans. love the fantastic musicals in the show! Tim Burton has unbelievably crazy imaginations.
the show is so nice that someone even tattooed it onto his calf. HAHA.
but a more recent production of Tim Burton, "Corpse Bride", is even more fantastic than this. i actually cried while watching it in the cinema. the musicals will lead you into the show and the emotions of the characters.
do catch any of both if you have the chance!
