yayy. after sacrificing proper meals and slp for the past 1 wk, im proud to announce ive completed my 18-page Plant Pigments report! feel sooo light now, i can dance arnd the room. though its quality aint as good as my other reports in Year 1, but i guess i can make do with it, on the grounds that the experiment was done haphazardly and i didnt even knew what i was doing then. Goodbye, pigments. Hello, Life.

anyways, Earth is kinda crazy these days, with strong winds here and trembling quakes there. many lives were lost, and every newspaper's front page was splashed with appalling and ghastly pics of the earthquake sites, with dead bodies and inconsolable family members.

editors want their newspapers to sell for revenue, but eventually they didnt have to choose those ghastly pics for the newspapers to sell. the pics only served to diminish everyone's hopes on the situation.

so instead of sensationalising the news, i think they can publish pics that depict hope and love among the ppl, yet their newspapers can still sell! i came across this wonderful pic in an e-mail:

the babies are slping peacefully at the quake site. their lives are so fragile, yet they survived the ordeal which killed tens of thousands of others. the message is, no matter how despairing things may have become, there can still be hope beyond. look at those teeny-weeny babies, they made it!

and... why nobody care abt Myanmar harr? even more ppl died there leh.....
