i'll try to update consistently on the progress of my project. hope you guys will find them interesting! =)

Day One:
we tried the light lemonade recipe, the pear extract and even flowers, such as lavender & rose.

in the end, only the pear extract turned out bearable. the others barely made it.


Day Two:


hahaha. very random i know. that's for working in a lab for hours straight.

anyways, we tried variants with winter melon, but the results were not desirable.

then we worked on red dates & longans & pears, and finally we've came up with a flavour that we think has hope! =D


this is the end-product. well, if you can even see the super miniature bird's nest.......

and that's the end of Day Two. =)
