ah hah! my Kor got hitched abt 2 wks ago. =D i officially got Da Sao liao.
we were on our way to pick up Kor and Da Sao from the bridal shop. darn suay la, i had bad hair day and a super big pimple on my cheek. too bad you all cant see it, cos i PHOTOSHOPPED IT AWAY. hahaha!
den off we go to our destination: Registry of Marriages!

and not to forget, the wedding bands.
the bands at a closer look. half round of Da Sao's ring is studded with diamonds, and Kor's ring is... well... empty. HAHA. see how much he dotes on his wife! and he coincidentally made the rings to the shape of a heart when i was trying to snap the pic. soooo sweet rite.
then the solemnisation. very, very romantic that it will make one go AWWWW.....
and the exchange of bands! Kor cldnt get the ring on after quite some time, and everyone was giggling away.
finally, they got the holy cert! this is the modern cert, look very high class, unlike the rolled up ones from our parents' era. haha.
then both families went for dinner at Jumbo Seafood.
we had very juicy and fresh big prawns!
this weird dish has scallops, egg white, small prawns and 1 pathetic bit of strawberry in a small bowl made of wonton skin. and it costs a freaking $16 each. talking abt being overpriced.
the black pepper crabs were just hot, but not tasty. the crabs had very little meat too. think we were given more shells than meat.
these are just some of the food we had that night. the rest were not worth a mention. overall, the best dish was the plate of peanuts, and i felt we were so overcharged for the sub-standard food they served. ughh.
oh, and that marks the end of a very busy, but certainly blissful evening. =)
here's wishing Kor and Da Sao a very loving & blissful marriage, and that they can head towards the future together, hand in hand. oh, not to forget, give me a baby nephew/niece to play with some time soon! hiahia.
