celebrated evon's 21st with her last night, albeit 2 weeks belated.
her criteria was: "i want a present that will remind me of you", which set me in panic mode for 2 whole wks, searching everywhere for a suitable gift.
HAH and i finally found it!
did i get her an iPhone?.....
OF COS NOT. this is just the 6th layer of newspaper i wrapped over The Gift.
in fact, this is what i got for her:
chio ma? hehh, i myself liked it alot actually.
anw, i brought her to Ministry Of Food @ Bugis for dinner.
after placing our orders, i presented her with The Gift! im sure she enjoyed herself thoroughly unwrapping the 6 layers of newspapers.
and our fantastic food arrived too. yums.

what more can i say. the food was fabulous. it's a rare place with its food standard still as good as i remembered it to be. that's why........ i signed up for its membership card. hiahia. it entitles me to 10% off total bill, and even 20% off certain desserts. that's quite alot, considering i'll be returning quite often. =D
in fact, now im starting to wonder if MOF has overtaken Sushi Tei as my #1 fave Japanese restaurant. sighs, what a tough decision.
we chatted soooooo much abt PEOPLE over dinner. learnt of stuff i didnt know beforehand, and thought thru alot too. yes, i guess my solution to the problem aint very feasible after all.
