the new semester has started. I CANT BELIEVE IT.

anyway, yr 1 Food Sci & Tech students, and yr 2 & 3 Food Tech students had to attend the launch of the Diploma in Nutrition, Health and Wellness this morning. it's expected to take in arnd 40 students next April. the Guest-of-Honour for the event was Mr Teo Ser Luck, MP for Pasir Ris-Punggol GRC. ah hah, that makes him my MP!


though the speeches were long-winded and even got quite unbearable after sometime, the fantastic food from the catered buffet made up for it. there were BeeHoon, Banana/Blueberry Muffins, Soon Kuey, Carrot Cake, Tuna Sandwiches, Green Apples,Yakult, and Coffee/Tea/Iced water. all were really good!

and we were required to wear the SP shirt too. 1st time i wore such big and casual shirts to sch, sooo comfy.

FYI: in case you're wondering why i look exceptionally nerdy, it's cos i got new specs lar!

i freaking hate 8am classes. damnit.
