Birdie & Beng got us some China stuff when they were back from attachment in Shanghai.
China Pocky is oishii! i especially heart the Green Tea Flavoured Mousse. im a loser when it comes to green tea. if im angry with somebody and he/she gets me something with green tea, i might just turn around and apologise to him/her instead. hahaha. yes im THAT loserish.
and each of us had a doll too. =)
Birdie got me a pouch cos she says i seem to like pouches. hahaha it's a funny but accurate analysis! and coincidentally it is of a similar material and colour as the doll frm Beng. maybe the 2 items are made from the SAME piece of cloth!
this semester, Bird & I chose the same GEMS module: Investigating Social Thoughts, Emotions & Behaviour.
the lecturer, who calls himself a social scientist, is a very interesting guy. he loves observing human behaviour. in fact i think he's a little obsessed!
during class he asked if we had any questions regarding anything. everyone simply looked at each other, and nobody answered.
he smiled and said that is a natural reaction, which can be explained by the Diffusion of Responsibility Theory.
there were 40 of us. since no specific person is assigned to answer his questions, everyone just waited for someone else to assume the responsibility of answering.
everybody was groaning when he planted theories into any situation tt occurred in class. hahaha.
but i tot it's quite scary for someone to be able to read into every movement of yours. he can read your mind totally! =O
anyway our first assignment was to draw sth representative of ourselves to let the class know each other better.
being fantastic artists as we are, these are our artpieces.
green stickman cos im always commented to be stick-thin, and i love green.
mic & music notes cos i love ktv.
heels, cos i love heels la.
and a thought bubble with a question mark cos i think too much, and complicate matters tt are actually very simple.
Bird drew a zebra (YES it is a zebra) cos she is almost always dressed in black & white.
her mic & music notes had the same reason as mine.
goshh we draw fantastically well.
den we went Vivocity after lessons for manicure/pedicure and simply to gossip chill.
guess what our topic was. hahahaha. Birdie's action should be obvious enough!
and Coffee Bean's Carrot Cake is sooo freaking heavenly. ohmigod.
dragged Bird along with me to SAFRA @ Toa Payoh for the Luxasia Warehouse Sale last Friday. the weather was sooooo scorching we could have gotten a heatstroke.
they didnt put up any of the perfumes i had in mind for the sales this year, and i ended up buying Incanto Charms by Ferragamo.
used Incanto Shine previously, but i thought this smells nice too. =) got it at $49, and it's the biggest bottle of 100ml. wahh can use until forget. not too sure of the retail price, probably close to $100.
the perfume bottles are starting to clog my deskspace! hope my mom dont notice that the number of bottles are increasing stealthily.
after the sales, we went to meet the Cheese guys for KBox. update more abt it next time! =)))
