another adventure with my boyy @ Pulau Ubin!

the weather wasnt too fantastic when we reached the ferry terminal. it was drizzling and the skies got darker by the minute. =( we were hesitating to carry on with our plans, and eventually decided to take the ferry in and wait to see how the drizzling goes.

although im freaking scared of waters, i love boat rides!

the rain still didnt stop entirely, and we had to move around with the tweety bird umbrella. i love taking tourist shots! got the 80's feel ba?!

went to rent bicycles, and off we go!

after cycling for what seemed an eternity for my thighs, we reached the Chek Jawa Wetlands! you can follow the wooden trail and walk right out into the sea, to watch the schools of fish swimming right underneath your feet. =) boyy was so excited to see the fishes ah~

the sun was freaking bright!

there was a heritage room to introduce Chek Jawa, but it was not too well-maintained. =/

then off we went to venture other parts of the tiny island. came to this new resort which was arnd for only 3 months according to the person-in-charge. the accomodation rates are really low, after all there are not many recreation activities available except fishing/prawning/crabing and bbq-ing them after that, or simply chilling with a beer by the shore.

and i saw a see-saw! (what a tongue-twister)

then went to a huge temple to baibai and got stranded there for about half hour cos there was a sudden heavy downpour. i was silently telling whoever can hear me out there, to make the rain stop asap cos i was so tired & hungry, and i just wan to get out of the island to EAT. amazingly it stopped soon enough! yayy so nice right.

da bao Char Kway, Chilli Crabs & BBQ Stingrays from Changi Village for dinner. hahaha~ so much for all the exercising!

and that's all for our little adventure. till then! =)
