we're going to the Zoo Zoo Zoo~
actually we went to the Night Safari too. =)
and 1 of the 1st few scenes we saw after entering the zoo was a super lazy otter resting his chin on a raised platform. so ke ai~
and not forgetting my love - white tiger. 1 of them was super emo, sitting in the water and sulking the whole time.
and the yellowing polar bears in their air-con room.
den half-time break, hahaha! i had the Chocolate Macadamia. goshh it sucked. my face was cringed the whole time while eating it. the chocolate was sweet but the macadamia nuts were super salty. totally incompatible taste profiles. yuckk~
after half-time, we continued on our adventure. the next in line was my distant relative - Xiao Yang.
emo Daddy Baboon & Kid Baboon sitting at a corner, away from everyone else. the Kid Baboon must have did something really bad i guess.
we hopped into the water for a shot of the hippos who look like Sar Zang Bah.kidding la. but looked like right?! i meant both taken in the water and looked like Sar Zang Bah thingy. feel like taking a bite already.

a blue bird. HAHAHAHA.
i forgot who this is. an iguana maybe? it was walking about everywhere, so i followed him everywhere. dont ask me why it's a "he", i just think he looks man.
saw a dead cat too.
another one of my fave sections - snakes!i like the green one but its green skin is tainted with white spots, as though somebody played a prank on him by dotting his skin with liquid paper in the middle of the night.
and a kangaroo who stood motionless for us to snap him. good service!

den we slacked everywhere while waiting for the Night Safari to open at 7pm. goshh, the whole place was flooded with tourists and more tourists. =( nevertheless i was still excited about visiting Night Safari cos i have never been there!the thing about Night Safari is that if you dont buy the tram ticket, you might as well dont go. about 80% of the area is only accessible by the tram, while the remaining 20% has to be accessed by foot. so we had to plan our route carefully. we visited all the "by-foot" areas within a certain time, den back to the entrance to catch a tram by nightfall, and back again to catch the animal show. =)but in any case, you can skip the "by-foot" areas without missing much. we barely saw anything when we walked about. the lights were extremely dim to simulate the natural habitat for the animals, but it was so dark that our human eyes could barely detect any creatures within.so the best bet is to get your ass on the tram and relax for the 40 mins. =D it was a memorable experience cos i thought it was really fun!no photos from Night Safari simply because it was wayyyy too dark. im sure we were the champions of the day, cos we were there from 1030am-1030pm! yayy, so proud of ourselves. =DP.S. my boyy look like my pet from Pet Society hor? =P
