yesterday was the beginning of my final semester. felt a little nostalgic when i recalled some of the moments we had together since 2.5 years ago. wonder what all of us will be doing 4 months' time from now.

anyway, had a long break in between lessons so off we went for Monopoly.

i held the card for the US Air Line because it was the property that gave me an endless stream of income. they loved visiting my Air Line and paying me $80 every single time.

then we got down to putting Birdie's birthday present together! an ionic hair dryer as requested by the birthday girl. =D

and an additional handmade bookmark from Boy! it's meant to spur Birdie to study hard, but for someone like her it will probably survive in public for 20 minutes max. take it easy ah Boy.

dinner was at Astons.

the restaurant serves Western cuisine at a price comparable to ordinary foodcourts, the servings are not too small either. but i thought the food was so-so, nothing spectacular.

the thing that got on my nerves was the boisterousness. the noise produced by Singaporeans at a given location is probably inversely related to the prices paid. buay tahan~ i'd give the overall dining experience a 6/10.

then we gave Birdie her "cake".

and we went to somewhere near the fountain for the real cake, which wasnt entirely real too, because we had Gelato brownies.

happy bird-day, Birdie! may you remain as gay as you are now. we like!
