my hospital bag is 99% ready. 

the maternity pads took up half of the space in the bag. if you havent seen a maternity pad in real life, all i can say is... they are m a s s i v e.

but Baby Tan aint ready for the world just yet. there are still 2 more weeks before she reaches full-term. if she decides to exit in the next 2 weeks she'll have to be thrown placed in the incubator till her lungs are fully functioning w/o external aid. hopefully she will be a patient girl so she wont have to go through the torture.

looking at the pictures taken at JS's birthday dinner yesterday evening was upsetting. my face was so puffed up, so are my arms. many thanks to those around me who had been telling me i still look human though im preggy. i appreciate the kindness with your words. i shall not take any more photos till Baby Tan is full-month. or at least till im confident i look like a human being again.

at least now i know how i look like at 48.5kg. like crap.

and the other day i was looking at the photos my cousin posted on facebook of herself and her newborn girl. and i started crying. nono, both of them are perfectly fine. it's just that seeing photos of her tiny wriggly girl got my tear ducts working. i got no idea why, seriously. am i going to start crying every time i look at Baby Tan in the future? oh dear i hope not. anyway i kope this from her facebook. think she was barely couple of hours old.

and silly Rayden is serving a 2-week confinement at home currently. he is down with chicken pox at a tender age of 5 months. the amazing thing is he had not been out of the house for the past 2 weeks, and the only ones he came into contact with were his grandparents, his parents, me & Mr Tan. everyone at home already had chicken pox before, so where did he catch the virus from...? 

babies are amazing, indeed.
