3 long months since i posted something here.
but the past 3 months was far from being "long". it was crazy like hell, i was busy like hell. but i've learnt so much that i would not have otherwise found in lecture halls or in other professions.
even though i put in a whole load of effort, time and sweat in my work, and occasionally there are people and things that bring me down, i would say it is worthwhile.
the current QC system here has a huge room for improvement, be it at the physical site or documentation. my short-term goal for now is to clear my stack of backlot on my desk, pack my 30+ QC files, close the previous audit findings and most importantly, to educate the operators with the necessary knowledge which i find are largely lacking. as for long-term goal, i wish to set-up a successful system in place in the couple of years (hopefully) that i'm going to be here, and ensure that it can run effectively in terms of feasibility and of course food safety.
